We offer a variety of contract services on behalf of our investor partners.
With MGIC’s Contract Underwriting Service:
- You can have your files simultaneously underwritten for MGIC MI and to your investors' guidelines.
- You can submit paperless files and check their status through the Loan Center.
- You can fax files, submitting them with our Contract Services Request form.
- We can help you with your DU/LP Service.
