MI Servicing
Activate Coverage

To activate coverage, notify MGIC within 15 days of loan closing.

MGIC will bill for subsequent annual or monthly premiums due.

Reporting Options

  • Monthly Premiums
    • MGIC/Link Servicing - select Activate Coverage in the main menu; OR
    • Complete and fax the Commitment/Certificate Activation Notice to 1.800.711.6442; OR
    • Complete and mail the Commitment/Certificate Activation Notice to MGIC, P.O. Box 488, Milwaukee, WI 53201-0488.
  • One-Time MI, Annual Plans or Split Premiums
    • Complete and mail the Commitment/Certificate Activation Notice to MGIC, P.O. Box 488, Milwaukee, WI 53201-0488.
  • Electronic Activations
