Automated Renewal Billing

MGIC’s Automated Renewal Billing (ARB) service simplifies the billing process.

Each month, MGIC will send you an electronic file. Your premium disbursement process creates a response file that is returned to MGIC, along with the total premium due.

  • MGIC’s ARB program is in place with a variety of vendors/software providers.
  • Candidates for the program generally have at least 50 loans in their portfolio, but bills of any volume can be automated, regardless of portfolio size.
  • CSV (Excel) bill format is available. Any bill delivered electronically requires an electronic bill response file.
