Transfer Servicing
When you sell, assign or transfer servicing rights for a loan, notify MGIC within 30 days so that we can accurately bill premiums.
Reporting Options
- MGIC/Link Servicing – select Transfer Servicing in the main menu; OR
- electronic formats – contact MGIC eCommerce Services, ecommerce_services@mgic.com or 1.800.558.9900, for information.
- Complete and fax the Notice of Change of Servicer form to 1.800.711.6442.
